CWC CablePark & Aqua Park Waiver / Consent Form

(to be signed by parent/guardian for persons under 18 if applicable)

Safety is of great importance at all times. Wakeboarding / Waterski-ing / Kneeboarding can be hazardous and customers (if under the age of 18 their parents/guardians) must accept that there are risks when practicing the above mentioned sports.

Customers must comply with all safety and general instructions given by CWC and its staff. When participating in a session, customers must be in general good health and must satisfy themselves that the activities are within their abilities. When booking customers (if under the age of 18 their parents/guardians) must make a true and accurate declaration of their health and must make CWC aware of any medical conditions they have. Management reserves the right to refuse a booking.

Medical attention

The customer will permit for basic First Aid to be administered by a qualified member of staff or by a qualified medical practitioner and in case of a medical emergency for a medical practitioner to provide emergency treatment and/or medication.

Activities / Group Structure

All information on activities is given in good faith. All arrangements and activities are subject to change without prior notice.

Unruly Behaviour

Customers are required to be considerate towards others at CWC and to adhere to our noise management policy. If, in CWC reasonable opinion, the customer or any member of their party is behaving or likely to behave in such a way as to cause danger, upset or distress to any third party or damage to property, CWC is entitled without prior notice to expel the customer immediately. No refunds will be made and the customer is liable for any damage caused. The consumption of alcohol or drugs/illegal substances on CWC’s premises is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted. Parents/Guardians are liable for their children.

Intellectual Property

The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in the products and services shown in CWC’s brochures, website and other materials shall at all times remain the property of CWC.


When purchasing session savers and for customers under the age of 18, we take a photograph when they are checking in for the first time, which will be saved within the booking system. This photo will not be used for any other purpose than identifying the customer for future visits. We occasionally take photographs during our sessions, which may appear in our brochures, website and other marketing materials. If a customer does not wish to be photographed this should be raised with CWC in writing before the session commences.

Membership of the Irish Waterski and Wakeboard Federation

By making a booking the customer (their parent’s/guardian’s if under 18) accepts that they (and all members of their group in case of a group booking) will become day members of the Irish Waterski and Wakeboard Federation on the day of their session at no extra cost.

Data Protection

Personal information requested by CWC is held in its original form and on computer. CWC is the data controller for the purposes of the Data Protection Act and will process the data in accordance with the act. CWC will not divulge customer information. By providing us with the information to process a booking, customers agree that their personal information can be held and accessed by our authorised staff and the Irish Waterski and Wakeboard Federation and used to contact them in the future by email or text.


CWC reserve the right to waive any or all of the conditions.

Applicable law

The contract and any dispute or claim arising out of it or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Northern Irish and British Law. The customer irrevocably agrees that any dispute that arises shall be dealt with under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland and The United Kingdom.

Understanding of Terms and Conditions

CWC’s acceptance of any booking will only be done subject to the customer’s acceptance of these conditions. Payment and/or a consent online signature of the customer (parent/guardian if under 18 years) will be regarded as evidence of acceptance of and consent to these conditions.

I understand that participation in Watersports activities involves a certain degree of risk and can be physically demanding. If applicable, I give consent for my child/ren to participate in this activity. I release CWC, its directors, employees, volunteers, agents and sponsors from any liability no matter how arising with my or my child’s attendance and participation in an activity.

By signing this waiver or by purchasing a session you acknowledge that swimming under the aquapark equipment is dangerous and any customers who do so will be asked to leave the premises.
